Jessica in Candyland Tidbit

Jessica wasn't one to usually worried but today was an exception.  Her lovely sleek figure was gone.  Now, she had a huge, round globe attached to her stomach.  It was somewhat heavy so she had to carry it in order not to fall over.  She was disgusted with herself.  If she hadn't eaten all those cookies she would still have her skinny body.  Now, she was a bloated freak! What was she going to do when she went back to the club?

Even worse, what would Roger say?

"Oh, damn those cookies!" She sighed.  "If only they hadn't been so delicious I wouldn't be in this mess!  As soon as I find the owner, I'm---"

GROWL!

Jessica stopped.  She glanced around to see if anything was around but she saw nothing.  Confused but wanting to move on, she decided it was just the wind.  But when the growl sounded for a second time, she stopped again.  It sounded extremely close.  In fact, it seemed to be near her.

"Where is that coming from?" She asked.

GROWLLLLLLLLLLLL!

Jessica looked down.  The noise was coming from her!  Her stomach was making that entire ruckus!  It was then she realized that she was hungry.

"What?  You want to eat again?" She asked her belly. "But look at you!  You're bigger than a bowling ball!  How can you possibly eat?"

Her stomach growled again, ignoring Jessica's scolding.  With a frustrated sigh, Jessica continued on.  As she walked, she tried her hardest to ignore her belly's loud growling.  But with each step, Jessica felt her resolve disappearing.  Even though she had only eaten those cookies a while ago, she was starting to feel a bit puckish.  Her stomach continued to rumble and growl, getting louder and louder as she continued on.  But Jessica had to stay strong!  She couldn't just go on a binge all willy nilly and her stomach was going to have to deal with that.

"Look, I'm in charge here and I say no more food!" Jessica told her belly.

Just then, a delightful smell entered Jessica's nose.  She stopped to take in the smell.  It was warm, sweet and yummy!  Her mouth became wet, a small trail of drool escaping her lips.  Her feet began to move, following the intoxicating scent.  She came to a little clearing with a white table and chair.  On the table was a stack of freshly baked cupcakes towered on top of each other.  The smell was stronger, causing Jessica to become weaker.

"How delectable they look," She rubbed her belly.  "Oh, I really shouldn't but—I'm so hungry!  I'll just have one."

Jessica made her way over to the table.  Her stomach jiggled as she sat down.  The smell was overwhelming her, making her hunger increase.  Delicately, she picked one up and took a bite.  Oh, how utterly delicious they were!  The icing flooded her taste buds and the cake was so moist!  What a perfect cupcake!  She finished it quickly and greedily licked her fingers.

"That was perfect!" She said between licks.  "I'll just have another one."

Jessica took another and soon, it was gone.  Then, she ate a third.  Soon, she was grabbing two in each hand and biting into one after the other.  She was too busy to notice that the plate never seemed to be missing any cupcakes.
